The journey of Hertip products and brands begins in 1979, in a small store of 12 m2 in Istanbul - Sultanhamam, which could be considered the heart of the country's textile industry at that time.
Hertip Tekstil, which was established on this date to produce basic women's underwear for the domestic market, received its trademark registration in 1985. It produces high quality but economical women's underwear with a limited product range and production capacity.
Growth begins.
Hertip brand and store, which was purchased by Haşimoğulları Tekstil, founded by brothers Erkan and Ergin Vatansever, in 2007, has been on a rapid rise since then. In 2008, it exceeded the annual production threshold of 1,000,000 units for the first time and began to become a more well-known brand in the domestic market. Just a year later, it made its first export to Algeria. The year 2010 will be an important turning point for the Hertip brand. In addition to women's products, the production of men's underwear also begins. In this production range, care is taken to maintain the quality and economical production approach. Hertip products, which combine high quality fabric and meticulous workmanship, attract interest from the Turkish domestic market as well as from America, Germany, North Africa and the Balkan countries, and export figures increase day by day. In 2011, the production of children's underwear started with the same quality and price approach.
Continuous development.
In 2012, the corporate identity of the Hertip brand was organized, and production started with the alternative brand Donay in the domestic market. The name of the company has been "Donay Tekstil San" since 2013. and Tic. Ltd. Shti.” is changed to . During this period, the production of modal fabric underwear, which was highly appreciated and in demand, was also started. In 2016, Donay Tekstil moved to its large and modern showroom in Sultanhamam, Istanbul. In 2017, it introduced Soft Mood, which produces pajamas and underwear for women's daily wear, and Ekomix, which produces men's underwear in the more economical segment, to the domestic and foreign markets in 2021.

As of 2022, Hertip, which is known all over Turkey with its product quality and reliability, contributes to the country's economy with its exports to more than 30 countries in 4 continents, and is on its way to becoming a global brand, is constantly working and developing to become a rising value, constantly building the trust in its products and ethical understanding. It is increasing day by day.
Apart from its own brands, it also produces for the world's well-known and qualified brands, especially Slazenger, and supplies products to Turkey's distinguished store chains such as BTM, Ender and Çetinkaya.
